ET:  This week we will mark the 10th anniversary of the 9-11 attacks.  A new structure is going up where the World Trade Center stood, and a memorial is part of that structure.  Reader Joseph J. I was struck by the fact that the memorial will honor all those killed on 9-11, in New York, at the Pentagon, and in Shanksville, Pennsylvania, where United flight 93 crashed.  It will also honor those killed in the 1993 attack on the World Trade Center.  It was that attack that led to modernized security at the Trade Center, which saved many lives on September 11, 2001.
